Are Avoca insured if anything goes wrong?
Yes we are fully insured for damage any accidental damage caused to your property and also any treatment risk to your flooring. It has never happened since we started in 2007 but we are still fully insured, just in case.
How long will it take for the carpets to dry?
We now use a system of cleaning your carpets which not only gives a deep down thorough clean but also we leave your carpets 100% dry before we leave.
There are lots of companies who clean carpets in Glasgow, why chose Avoca
Yes there are lots of companies in Glasgow, a lot of them are good but there are a lot that are not so good. I can give my guarantee as the owner and operator that I will do my very best to clean your carpets and upholstery as good as they can get. Through my passion to do a good job for my customers I get good results and my customers use me again and recommend me to friends and family. I am reasonably priced but am not the cheapest which reflects in the training I have done and the level of service you receive.
Will Avoca move furniture?
If you are getting your flooring cleaned or restored we would require all furniture to be removed, we can certainly help with a couple of items if required. If you are getting carpets cleaned then we ask that you can move as much of the smaller items and we can move the larger items around the room and replace when cleaned.
Does Avoca offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do! We would like to keep every customer 100% satisfied. Although not every stain can be removed or a restoration may be limited by its current condition. This will be specified in the survey before any job commences and you will be made aware of the potential outcome.
